General Questions

What is TangkiCinta?

TangkiCinta is a parenting app designed to help parents understand and speak their children's love languages. Based on Dr. Gary Chapman's 5 Love Languages concept, our app provides personalized daily activities and guidance to ensure your child's emotional needs are met, creating stronger parent-child bonds.

What are the 5 Love Languages?

The 5 Love Languages are five different ways children (and adults) give and receive love:

  • 1. Words of Affirmation: Using words to affirm and encourage
  • 2. Physical Touch: Showing love through physical contact like hugs
  • 3. Quality Time: Giving undivided attention and spending time together
  • 4. Acts of Service: Doing helpful things for your child
  • 5. Receiving Gifts: Giving thoughtful presents and surprises

How does TangkiCinta work?

After downloading the app, you'll create profiles for your children and complete a simple assessment to identify their primary love language. Based on this information, TangkiCinta generates 3-5 daily activities tailored to each child's love language, age, and interests. You can track completion, see your child's emotional well-being progress, and receive helpful parenting tips.

About Love Languages

How do I know my child's love language?

Our app includes an assessment tool with observation-based questions about your child's behavior and preferences. Additionally, you can observe: What does your child request most often? How do they express love to others? What makes them happiest? The app will guide you through this discovery process with expert insights.

Can a child have more than one love language?

Yes! While most children have one primary love language that speaks to them most deeply, they can appreciate and respond to all five languages. Our app focuses on the primary language but also incorporates activities from other languages to ensure well-rounded emotional development.

At what age can I start using love languages with my child?

Love languages can be applied from infancy through adolescence and beyond. For very young children (0-2 years), all five languages are important. As children grow older (3+ years), their primary love language becomes more apparent. TangkiCinta provides age-appropriate activities for children from toddlers to teenagers.

App Usage

How much time do I need to invest daily?

The app suggests 3-5 activities daily, each taking 5-15 minutes. You can choose activities that fit your schedule. Even completing one meaningful activity can make a significant difference in filling your child's love tank. The key is consistency rather than duration.

Can I use the app for multiple children?

Absolutely! TangkiCinta allows you to create individual profiles for each of your children. Each child can have their own love language assessment, personalized activities, and progress tracking. The app also suggests family activities that can engage children with different love languages.

Is the app available in languages other than Indonesian?

Currently, TangkiCinta is available in Indonesian and English. We're working on adding more language options to serve families worldwide. You can change the language settings within the app.

Technical & Privacy

Is my family's data secure?

Yes, absolutely. We take privacy seriously and use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. We never share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored securely and is only used to provide personalized recommendations within the app. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
