1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TangkiCinta ("we", "us", "our", or "Company") regarding your use of our mobile application and related services.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using TangkiCinta, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

TangkiCinta is a mobile application designed to help parents understand and implement the 5 Love Languages concept with their children. Our services include:

• Love language assessment tools for children
• Daily activity recommendations based on love languages
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Parenting resources and expert guidance
• Reminders and motivational content
• Community features and support

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TangkiCinta. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all eligibility requirements. If you are using the service on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of TangkiCinta, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TangkiCinta only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Transmit or upload any harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, or defamatory content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Use the service to spam, phish, or send unsolicited messages
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of TangkiCinta, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to TangkiCinta. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with our services.

6.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us may be used by us without restriction or compensation to you.

7. Privacy

8. Subscription and Payments

8.1 Free and Premium Services

TangkiCinta offers both free and premium subscription services. Premium features require a paid subscription.

8.2 Subscription Terms

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the app store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8.3 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us immediately.

9. Disclaimers

TangkiCinta is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content

Important: TangkiCinta is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice. Our content is for educational purposes only. Always consult with qualified professionals for serious concerns about your child's development or behavior.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TangkiCinta and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TangkiCinta and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to TangkiCinta immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and data.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, except where prohibited by law.

14. Changes to Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
